NECESSITY AND ORIGINAL TASK

Rakvere is a city with a very recognisable image, diverse cultural life and exciting history. The aim of the project was to create a visitrakvere.com website that would offer a comprehensive and comprehensive solution for introducing the city's tourism services and opportunities. In conclusion, the aim was to increase the number of tourists visiting the city and to improve their visiting experience through the availability of comprehensive information.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SOLUTION

Active and regular cooperation with the client played a big role in achieving a professional result. We created a website for the Drupal 9 platform, the functionality and interfaces of which were described in the analysis workshops in cooperation with the client. Web Expert developed the entire design concept. An interface has been created for bringing the events of Enterprise Estonia's tourism objects to visitrakvere.com. Based on the integration of the RSS feed, content can also be displayed from other websites. In addition, content from VisitRakvere's Facebook and Instagram accounts is displayed on the page.
