We are looking for an open-minded BUSINESS ANALYST to join our rapidly developing and growing team, with whom we can work together to develop and offer the best solutions to our clients!
You’ll be a true expert in the team if you:
- have a professional education and previous work experience as an IT analyst and you know the best practices in your field;
- experience in customer communication and/or sales work is a bonus;
- you have an overview of web development and the technologies used;
- you like to communicate with people and are oriented towards finding solutions;
- you speak fluent Estonian and English.
Your future responsibilities:
- you map and analyze clients' business needs;
- you introduce solutions of visions to clients and prepare necessary documents and presentations;
- testing compliance with requirements and standards;
- you actively participate in the development process and collaborate with the sales manager, various team members and clients.
